	Everyone in Ambulatory Surgery was very pleasant. They answered all my questions with ease. I have already recommended this center to several others. I really liked the Home Health nurses and therapists. They took my pain away. I think this is a very good program. I moved to Washington from Pekin, and I still drive to Dr. Hunter’s office because I really like her and trust her. They already had my insurance information in the computer – nice! I came in to ER1 screaming in pain, and they took me straight to the exam area. They were really fast! I had a very long labor and delivery, but I am so glad I made the choice to deliver at your hospital! Your staff was excellent! A special thank you to Dorothea and Laurel for everything they did. They truly did everything in their power to make sure our baby was taken care of. It was a very good experience. I have used the Women’s Diagnostic Center several times and have always been pleased – the staff is very professional, confidential, and pleasant. Pekin Hospital is an excellent facility. The technician who drew my blood was very friendly and efficient. It did not hurt at all! I couldn't have been cared for any better. You are just the right size, just the right distance from my home. My experiences with the Women's Diagnostic Center have always been very good. I especially like not having to wait ... getting in and out in a matter of minutes. My husband was a patient in UrgentCare, and he was very impressed with the friendly, professional staff.

The Pekin Relay for Life Pekin Park District's Miller Center Pekin Marigold Festival We also provide tours, speakers' presentations and educational workshops for groups ranging from local Girl Scout troops to the region's major employers. The Pekin Relay for Life The Relay for Life raises funds for the fight against cancer, including research and services to those in Pekin and nearby areas coping with this frightening disease. Pekin Park District's Miller Center A partnership with Pekin Park District's Miller Center was established in October 1998 to meet the need for health education services for area residents age 55 and older. These free programs featuring area physicians have covered medication interactions, cardiac treatments, hospitalist care, osteoporosis and more. Pekin Marigold Festival The annual Pekin Marigold Festival, for which Pekin Hospital provides first-aid medical service stations and numerous volunteers, attracts more than 100,000 visitors.
