

Did you know that soy helps naturally decrease the symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, night sweats and headaches? Follow this recipe and feel great! And, of course, you could always have it your way... substitute the banana with your favorite fruit!
Soy Breakfast Shake
- 1 banana
- 1 (12 oz.) package silken tofu
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put above ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
