Getting involved in these programs is a great way to take care of your employees' health and show them you care. All programs are held at the hospital.

What is the Employee Health Fair?
To keep your employees informed of health-related topics and updates on our programs and services, Pekin Hospital offers health fairs for your employees. Lasting from two to four hours, a health fair may be held at your business or at the hospital.
Customized to fit your needs, a health fair may include information displays on programs and services such as obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency services and home care. You could include health screenings such as body fat content analyses, blood pressure checks and oximetry screening to measure the percentage of oxygen in the blood. There is a fee for some screenings.

What is the Mammography Program?
Mammography is essential for early detection of breast cancer when combined with routine self breast exams and regular physical exams by your doctor. The sooner breast cancer is detected, the higher the survival rate. For more information or to schedule a mammogram, call (309) 353-0410. All mammograms are performed at the Women's Diagnostic Center.
What is the Prostate Screening Program?
Offered through Pekin Hospital and Urologic Specialists of Illinois, this program includes a digital exam and a P.S.A. blood test. For more information, call (309) 353-0410.
What is the Hearing Conservation Program?
Because hazardous noise is one of the most critical occupational health issues today, Pekin Hospital offers audiology services through Sound Choice. The goals of this program are to educate your employees about noise-induced hearing loss, to maintain a complete hearing conservation program in accordance with OSHA regulation 1910.9, and to provide hearing conservation training to every employee who works in an area with noise levels identified at 85 dB or higher.
